Refund & Return Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at (EMAIL). Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for products that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, simply send us a photo at (EMAIL), and we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Customers may request a return within 90 days of receiving their order. Products must be returned in their original condition, carefully packaged, and include all accessories exactly as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct warehouse return address. After the returned package arrives at our warehouse, a full refund will be processed. Please send your tracking number to (EMAIL) after shipping your return.
Refunds cannot be issued if the package does not arrive due to customer-related issues such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
DrawBot™ works with fulfillment warehouses located in Europe, the USA, and China. Returned items must be shipped back to the warehouse from which the original order was sent.
